Frequently asked questions for the Announcements guide.
Why can�t I see any announcements on my screen?
You may not have the Announcements > View permission. Please contact your system administrator to verify your access rights.
Will an announcement be visible if I leave the Role Filter empty?
Yes. If the Role Filter is left empty, the announcement will be shown to all users.
Does the announcement support multiple languages?
Yes. Both the Subject and Message fields support multi-language entry.
What happens if I set an announcement as passive?
Passive announcements are stored in the system but are not displayed to users.
Who can create announcements in the system?
Only users with the Announcements > Add permission can create announce
